Eliot

When I decided to get my own dog to live in the apartment with me and not at my parents house, I did a lot of careful breed research. I'm still not sure how, but what I needed somehow led me to English Springer Spaniels... and that's what Eliot is! He's one year old now, and is a total goofball. Totally energetic, borderline insane, but extemely sweet... this is the dog of my dreams.

Mocha

Mocha is my 9 y/o Chocolate Labrador Retriever. She used to be a total basketcase. I mean, she at the house, ate our chocolate... basically ate anything she could get her paws on. She's calmed down now, probably due to the fact that she's quite old and is probably going to die soon. :: Sigh :: Such is the life of labs. I do love her though, such a sweet mutt.

Elvis

This is my child. Elvis is a 12 y/o Quarter Horse gelding whom I've had for nearly four years now. He is such a sweet, goofy boy full of personality. We show in hunters, fox hunt a little, and mainly just play around with all the yuppy hunter people. Great horse. Great friend.

Birdy

As Elvis got older and my interests moved from casual schooling shows and fox hunting, to hunter/jumper exclusively - I began to think about getting another horse. The solution, at least for the present, has been more of a trade. Elvis is living with my old trainer enjoying a vacation, and in turn I have her 7 year old, green broke buckskin appendix. His name is Birdy, and he shows a lot of potential to be a good hunter/jumper horse. We'll see how he actually turns out though, because I'm pretty much training him from scratch with the help of my trainer.

Monty

Monty is the newest of my menagerie. He's a 1 y/o cat that I pretty much stole from the barn. Well, he had a home but then they sent him back and I took him. He's nuts... literally. I named him after Monty Python, because late at night his pupils get really dialated and he runs around the house shrieking and jumping off the walls. I imagine they did much the same thing in their hay day.
